Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise delivery initiatives for a strategic account. You will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of large‑scale digital transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple Agile development teams, addressing milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence in hybrid Agile and traditional environments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating with executive stakeholders.
• Create executive‑level reporting on project health, status, and forecasts.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and predictability.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Strong background in enterprise consulting or systems‑integrator engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
