Senior Project Manager

About the role

Owens & Minor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Cost Transformation team. In this role you will lead strategic initiatives that drive improved business results for the Products and Healthcare Services division and support the Growth & Innovation agenda across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project leadership for cost‑transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Monitor financial performance, develop business cases, and report progress using visual management tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with global business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise‑wide projects in a senior capacity.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, cost structures, and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results.
