Senior Project Manager

About the role

Tech9 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development programs for a key client. This remote, full‑time position will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful delivery of AI‑centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams across multiple workstreams.
• Capture requirements, refine scope, and manage end‑to‑end delivery from design to deployment.
• Oversee embedded Tech9 teams and integrate with client product development resources.
• Implement AI‑assisted workflows, automation, and repeatable templates to increase efficiency.
• Maintain quality standards, timelines, and reporting for all project phases.

Required profile

• Strong cross‑functional leadership and Scrum expertise.
• Solid technical literacy across modern software development lifecycles.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or in a deeply technical role is highly valued.
• Agentic mindset with a focus on leveraging AI tools and automation.
• High initiative, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust with clients and delivery teams.
