Senior Project Manager – Global Gifting & Card

About the role

Starbucks is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Global Gifting & Card workstreams within its Digital organization. You will partner with internal business teams and external stakeholders to drive strategic and operational initiatives that support the gifting and card business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for a variety of workstreams, from routine operational tasks to medium‑size projects, from kickoff to completion.
• Establish repeatable processes and structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor program schedules, progress, and costs, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and optimize relationships with third‑party vendors and suppliers.
• Provide visibility through timely communications, operational reporting, and executive‑level messaging.

Required profile

• 6+ years leading cross‑functional teams in large, matrixed organizations.
• 6+ years defining objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
• 6+ years identifying risks, developing mitigations, and knowing when to escalate.
• 6+ years strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• 4+ years experience working with third‑party vendors and suppliers.
• 4+ years experience communicating clear, concise messages to executive audiences.
