Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead medium‑to‑large, complex projects and strategic initiatives that have enterprise‑wide impact within our Global Products & Analytics (GPA) Project Management Office. The role partners across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations and other functions to drive alignment, delivery excellence and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium‑to‑large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross‑functional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing executive‑level communication and reporting.
• Influence decision‑making across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations and other functions.
• Track project performance through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
• Support go‑to‑market execution, including launch readiness, cross‑functional coordination, and post‑launch optimization.

Required profile

• 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex, cross‑functional or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership.
• Experience leading complex initiatives while managing changing priorities, tight timelines and resource constraints.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and performance tracking frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, data privacy or compliance is preferred.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or similar platforms.
• Use of AI tools within project management practices.
• Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.

What we offer

• U.S. base salary range $95,300 – $158,800 per year.
