Senior Project Manager – Engineering

About the role

Eaton’s Fibrebond engineering team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple power‑distribution and modular building projects from sale through delivery. Based at our Minden, LA campus, you will be the primary in‑house contact for customers and drive successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project management for multi‑module industrial and data‑center projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Own the customer relationship, addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, approve, and execute change orders; track scope changes and support documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, installation, transportation, and field service teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and distribute status reports to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Develop long‑lead bills of materials and assist with timely material ordering.
• Support ERP data verification before billing and manage job change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in engineering project management or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage customer expectations and multi‑disciplinary teams.
