Senior Project Manager – Drywall Division

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Drywall Division leads all phases of drywall construction projects for a leading commercial construction firm. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage drywall projects, overseeing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review contract documents, ensure compliance, and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate procurement, submittals, shop drawings, and material delivery to maintain schedule adherence.
• Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cost‑to‑complete.
• Drive profitability improvements and oversee change orders, billing, and collections.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management experience in drywall construction.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of drywall systems and technical execution.
• Proficiency with construction estimating tools such as On‑Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.
• Experience using project management platforms like Procore and Autodesk Build.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
