Senior Project Manager – Creative & Visual Merchandising

About the role

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead creative and visual‑merchandising projects across its prestige beauty portfolio. You will act as the central hub for campaign, digital, e‑commerce, GWP, events, in‑store visual merchandising and educational material initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal creative project operations from brief intake to final asset delivery, overseeing planning, execution, timelines, deliverables and feedback loops.
• Calendarize project milestones and ensure the right stakeholders are present for each stage of the creative process.
• Coordinate cross‑functional team alignment to deliver activities on time, on budget and with high quality.
• Maintain and enforce standardized processes and templates (e.g., Asana status tracking, meeting agendas, summaries).
• Provide real‑time status tracking for all active projects.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Production and Procurement to communicate needs for photo/video shoots and in‑store displays while staying within budget.
• Quality‑check all work before release to brand teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with the EMEA region on project identification and execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing creative and visual‑merchandising projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience budgeting and overseeing production logistics for photo, video and in‑store assets.
