Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Education Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable general contractor to find a Senior Project Manager who will lead commercial and education ground‑up projects from early planning through closeout. This hands‑on role offers true ownership of projects, direct interaction with leadership, and the potential to grow into an ownership position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets and quality control.
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project success.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor, overseeing projects from concept to closeout.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
