Senior Project Manager – Cement & Aggregates

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Cement & Aggregates will be based in Allentown, PA and support capital projects across Titan America’s operations, including the flagship Roanoke Cement Company. This role leads the full lifecycle of projects, from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, develop capital cost estimates, project schedules, and technical solutions that maximize ROI.
• Develop and evaluate engineering concepts; coordinate detailed design and permitting with internal teams and external consultants.
• Define scopes of work and collaborate with procurement on equipment, construction, and installation contracts.
• Evaluate vendor proposals focusing on life‑cycle cost, reliability, maintainability, and total cost of ownership.
• Oversee project execution, including permitting, construction, installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Monitor and report project performance (cost, schedule, quality) to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for capital project delivery and execution standards.
• Travel to various Titan America sites (~25%) to provide on‑site oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing capital projects in heavy‑industrial environments such as cement, aggregates, or mining.
• Strong understanding of industrial project delivery across multiple engineering disciplines.
