Senior Project Manager – Automation & Engineering Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex automation and engineering projects from order receipt through final customer acceptance. The role owns the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer satisfaction are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex automation, manufacturing, and engineering projects from kickoff to customer acceptance.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and overall execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact, manage contracts, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
• Support procurement and production readiness, and coordinate project closeout.
• Contribute to PMO initiatives and continuous improvement of project management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering, manufacturing, or automation projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Proven experience with both Design‑Build (DB) and Build‑to‑Print (BTP) projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, contracts, and customer management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
