Senior Project Controls Specialist – Construction

About the role

Delan Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to support upcoming construction projects in the Aiken, SC area. You will provide comprehensive cost, schedule, and Earned Value Management services to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and schedule baselines, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules.
• Prepare performance monitoring reports, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply DOE 413 and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for scheduling and Cobra (or similar) for cost processing.
• Support data analysis using Acumen Fuse, PeopleSoft, and Oracle OBIEE where applicable.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of project controls experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations as listed.
• Proven ability to develop cost and schedule baselines and manage resource utilization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
