Senior Program Manager

About the role

Moog Aircraft Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs from our Buffalo, NY site. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and senior leadership to deliver high‑value flight‑control and actuation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements by coordinating all program activities.
• Achieve program objectives within scope, schedule, and budget using proven program‑management principles.
• Develop detailed program plans, monitor cost, schedule, and risk, and report status to customers.
• Support process improvements and standard‑work implementation across the program office.
• Lead or contribute to proposal teams and business capture campaigns to grow the book of business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum 3+ years of program‑management experience and 7+ years of overall professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Team‑collaboration ability, emotional intelligence, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Eligibility to access US Export‑controlled information.
