Senior Program Manager – Content Partnerships

About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the participation of content providers in its partner‑facing engineering development programs. You will bridge the gap between external content partners and Roku’s product and engineering teams, ensuring smooth integration of new platform features and hardware introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Roku’s partner programs by managing all program, relationship, and operational aspects to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market partner strategies that align with Roku’s product roadmap.
• Represent partner perspectives within internal program teams and influence prioritization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programs in a technology or media environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with external partners.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Track record of delivering programs from concept through launch.
