Senior Program Delivery Manager

About the role

ePlus Technology is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to act as the strategic bridge between internal execution teams and clients. This hybrid‑remote position will oversee high‑visibility technology programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external resource schedules and follow ePlus PMO structure.
• Lead customer‑facing meetings, gather requirements, prioritize work, and develop project schedules.
• Forecast monthly project revenues, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Drive large‑scale deployments across infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, security, AI enablement, and digital transformation.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologies and oversee governance structures, steering committees, and operational cadence.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams including architects, engineers, PMs, customer success, and vendors.
• Serve as primary escalation point for clients, build executive‑level relationships, and lead Executive Business Reviews.
• Maintain individual billable utilization targets while leading complex enterprise IT projects.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in program and project management within technology services.
• Strong customer‑facing leadership with advanced communication and financial accountability.
• Ability to resolve conflicts proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
• Experience managing multi‑workstream initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
