Senior Production Print Specialist

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Senior Production Print Specialist to lead the implementation of its national production print program within an assigned branch. The role focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and delivering tailored print solutions that meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge of production‑print opportunities to local sales teams and management, identifying vertical markets and target accounts.
• Develop and execute telemarketing and account‑based strategies to create a focused production‑print agenda for key and prospective customers.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture customer relationships using Konica Minolta’s sales process, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct needs analyses, design solutions, deliver demonstrations, prepare proposals with pricing, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain the production‑print portfolio through regular customer reviews and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create account plans and achieve assigned sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience in the production‑print industry with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• College degree (four‑year) preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and standard office software.
