Senior Production Manager

About the role

Primally Pure is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations as we scale. You will champion new initiatives, ensure high‑quality output, and drive efficiency across all production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to meet demand.
• Order and manage resources, keeping inventory levels adequate.
• Ensure all production employees are trained on SOPs and quality‑control checklists.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and implementation.
• Collect, analyse and report production data to reduce inefficiencies and increase throughput.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and perform root‑cause analysis on equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate weighing, measuring, labeling and ingredient inventory.
• Drive a performance‑based culture aligned with the company’s vision and mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make critical staffing decisions.
• Excellent communication and ability to foster open dialogue with team members.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
