Senior Product Manager – Embedded Innovation (AI)

About the role

LexisNexis is building an AI‑first product platform that helps thousands of employees work more efficiently. As a Senior Product Manager you will lead a cross‑functional team that embeds directly within business domains to discover high‑value AI opportunities and deliver reusable internal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal customer teams to understand workflows, pain points, and jobs‑to‑be‑done, translating them into clear product opportunities.
• Own a prioritized roadmap of high‑impact AI use cases, balancing speed, feasibility, risk, and reusability.
• Define success metrics, track adoption and satisfaction, and iterate quickly based on data.
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery in an agile environment, working daily with engineers and domain stakeholders.
• Help shape the organization’s AI‑first product development practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Document patterns and components, share learnings, and partner with internal enablement to make solutions discoverable enterprise‑wide.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering software in an agile setting.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, define problems, and turn ambiguity into prioritized roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and modern AI product concepts.
• Track record building or managing AI‑enabled workflow tools, agents, or automation systems in an enterprise context.
• Strong partnership mindset with engineering leaders and ability to make pragmatic trade‑offs.
• Experience defining metrics and using data to drive product decisions.
