Senior Product Manager – Connected Services & Digital Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the implementation, launch, and growth of Connected Services across Central and South America. Based onsite in Doral, FL, you will work closely with global headquarters and regional distributors to roll out Connected Car Services and shape the regional digital services strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional Connected Services roadmap and business strategy, defining customer value propositions.
• Lead the implementation of Connected Car Services across multiple markets, ensuring launch readiness and cross‑functional coordination.
• Manage risks, priorities, and executive reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive adoption and support subscription models.
• Define business requirements for dashboards, performance reporting, and data‑driven decision making.
• Build and develop the Connected Services team, fostering collaboration with regional partners and HQ.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, digital products, business development or program management.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional projects across multiple markets.
• Fluent English; Spanish highly desirable; Korean a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
