Senior Product Manager – Applied Global Services

About the role

The Senior Product Manager in Applied Global Services leads service‑driven solutions for semiconductor wafer fab tools, shaping product strategy and delivering value to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for service offerings across RF, Flow, and Process chambers.
• Engage directly with customers to capture value‑driven requirements and translate them into product visions.
• Drive development of tool ecosystems, including control, monitoring, analytics, and digital‑twin capabilities.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration among engineering, field service, and product teams to create integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor fabrication on the customer or supplier side.
• Strong matrix‑management expertise with ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinker committed to delivering customer value through innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
