Senior Product Manager – AI Modernization

About the role

Growth Acceleration Partners is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the GAPVelocity AI business unit. You will act as the Product Owner, turning the AI‑first modernization vision into concrete, shippable product capabilities and ensuring the backlog aligns with market and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate roadmap priorities into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release goals and sprint‑ready work for engineering.
• Gather input from customers, prospects, Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Marketing and leadership, converting it into actionable product requirements.
• Bridge legacy modernization complexity, agentic AI workflows and enterprise software requirements to deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver the VELO roadmap on schedule.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product ownership experience, comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Hands‑on approach with a track record of turning vague ideas into prioritized, buildable work.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including engineering, sales and marketing.
