Senior Product Designer (Mid-Senior)

About the role

Revel is building next‑generation software for critical hardware across aerospace, automotive, energy and manufacturing. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape the end‑to‑end user experience of our core product, working closely with product, engineering and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through delivery, including research, wireframes, interaction flows, high‑fidelity UI and prototypes.
• Translate user insights and product goals into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces.
• Build and iterate prototypes to validate concepts and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is realized.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns and standards.
• Advocate for user needs and help prioritize design work based on impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar in a software setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work and problem solving.
• Experience working directly with front‑end/full‑stack engineers.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with user research, usability testing and design systems.
• Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Background designing for mobile and responsive web platforms.
