Senior Product Designer

About the role

Rwazi is building Sena, an AI‑native enterprise platform that turns consumer data into actionable market insights. As a Senior Product Designer you will own the end‑to‑end experience of this data‑rich product, shaping how AI‑generated insights are presented to global B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction for Sena, influencing what gets built and how intelligence is surfaced for enterprise users.
• Design AI‑first conversational interfaces, dashboards, report layouts and visualization systems that make complex, multi‑dimensional data clear.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering and research teams, using a design‑to‑code workflow from Figma through Claude Code to production.
• Present design decisions in terms of adoption, retention, time‑to‑value and revenue impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, primarily on B2B SaaS, analytics or market‑intelligence platforms.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, extract insights and translate them into product opportunities.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and making decisions with incomplete information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI/UX design.
• Hands‑on experience writing or editing HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling such as Claude Code or similar AI‑assisted development tools.
• Strong data‑visualisation skills, including chart selection and information hierarchy.
