Senior Product Designer – Figma & Cloud Cursor (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStack is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex digital products from concept through delivery, ensuring visual consistency and high quality.
• Develop and maintain design systems using advanced Figma features such as Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Integrate AI tools like Cloud Cursor into design workflows to accelerate creativity and efficiency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping to validate design decisions.
• Prepare design handoffs for developers, considering frontend constraints and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to continuous integration and delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and visual excellence.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• AI design tools such as Cloud Cursor.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes and frontend design considerations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
