Senior Product Designer – Direct to Consumer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of Zynga’s Direct to Consumer tools. You will focus on mobile commerce experiences, collaborating across product, engineering and partner teams to create compelling, user‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design for high‑impact initiatives across mobile native apps and mobile web, focusing on commerce experiences.
• Audit existing games and commerce flows to spot friction and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and partner teams to translate complex requirements into thoughtful solutions from concept through launch.
• Leverage customer feedback, research insights and data analytics to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
• Build interactive prototypes to quickly visualize and validate feature ideas.
• Own and evolve the Design System, creating a scalable component library in Figma.
• Champion UX excellence by participating in product reviews, leading critiques and mentoring junior designers.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of professional product design experience, primarily in B2C mobile e‑commerce or consumer‑facing commerce products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile‑first design, high‑quality UI execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing end‑to‑end consumer journeys and translating them into seamless user experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component libraries and design system creation.
• Experience prototyping high‑fidelity interactions for mobile apps and web.
• Ability to interpret data, research findings and user feedback to drive design decisions.
