Senior Procurement/Strategic Sourcing Engineer

About the role

The Senior Procurement Engineer develops and industrializes the supply base, drives product cost roadmaps, and executes Design for eXcellence (DfX) analyses to optimize cost, quality, and risk.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage product roadmaps, including BOM cost reduction, component de‑risking, and overall procurement strategy.
• Develop and implement cost‑saving strategies to improve product cost and manufacturability.
• Apply Design for eXcellence (DfX) methodology to enhance cost, quality, manufacturability, value and risk.
• Represent the site procurement function in cross‑functional teams and external negotiations, communicating strategies and updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, engineering operations, R&D, quality, or mechanical engineering (5+ years preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Operations, Business or equivalent (Master’s preferred).

What we offer

• Base salary range $105,000–$168,000 per year.
