Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing process for key categories in our Madison, NJ/NYC office. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and data‑driven analysis to deliver cost savings and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full procurement lifecycle for assigned categories, from sourcing and supplier selection to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers and internal business partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications and align category strategy with business priorities.
• Analyze spend data, track savings, and report on KPIs using procurement systems.
• Prepare category deep‑dives, strategic recommendations and storytelling‑focused presentations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and renewals.
• Execute transactions in ServiceNow and Coupa, reviewing requisitions for accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of purchasing experience, including contract and system interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS or CPM preferred.
• Strong ownership, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procure‑to‑Pay platforms – Coupa (preferred) and ServiceNow.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook.
• In‑depth knowledge of procurement categories, particularly IT and Marketing.
