About the role

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions for semiconductor and display manufacturing. The Senior Process Integration Engineer (III) will lead complex technology projects, develop new process flows, and drive innovative solutions for advanced chip production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze complex process engineering experiments across multiple products while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Develop and document process engineering specifications, technical reports, and product presentations.
• Lead the integration of front‑end transistor processes, mask design, and electrical characterizations.
• Train engineers on film property measurement techniques and troubleshoot complex process issues.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve engineering challenges and implement new technologies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated depth of expertise in front‑end transistor integration and process flow development.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to high‑complexity engineering problems.
