Senior Principal - Brand Strategy

About the role

Prescient is seeking an experienced Senior Principal to lead brand strategy initiatives for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You will work across the full product life‑cycle, shaping brand positioning, value propositions, and launch excellence for global biopharma partners.

Key responsibilities

• Win and lead commercial consulting projects, delivering insight‑driven brand strategies.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Managers and Associate Consultants to ensure high‑quality, profitable delivery.
• Oversee brand positioning, disease‑area strategy, life‑cycle management, and launch planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional practice areas (Competitor Intelligence, Medical, Pricing & Access) to provide integrated solutions.
