Senior Pricing Specialist – Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

About the role

The Senior Pricing Specialist will lead analysis, research and pricing of prime and non‑prime products for strategic partners. Working in a hybrid setting within the Dallas‑DFW area, you will shape business proposals that meet revenue, risk and volume targets while driving profitability and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on data analysis and deliver pricing changes across the organization.
• Develop clear, concise reporting on key portfolio metrics using multiple data sources.
• Utilize data mining to generate business insights, identify risk and uncover growth opportunities.
• Create pricing frameworks that balance yield, risk, volume, credit risk, customer behavior, collateral trends and market data.
• Lead multi‑organizational reviews, diagnose root causes of performance gaps and define action plans.
• Prepare executive‑level summary documents to support senior management decisions.
• Collaborate with credit risk, finance, sales, dealer management and model development teams to implement strategic pricing initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting processes and automation.
• Evaluate pricing and rebate structures for key customers and industry groups to enhance profitability.
