Senior Presentation Producer / Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Presentation Producer / Communications Specialist to craft executive‑ready materials and drive strategic visual storytelling. You will work closely with cybersecurity and IT leaders to turn complex technical information into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and maintain high‑quality PowerPoint templates and presentations for executive scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with cybersecurity and IT teams to translate technical updates, risks, and progress into impactful visual narratives.
• Ensure branding, formatting, tone, and messaging consistency across all executive communications.
• Conduct detailed quality reviews to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and executive‑level readiness.
• Identify content gaps and propose improvements to boost clarity and effectiveness.
• Assist in creating documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, content creation, presentation production, or visual communications.
• Proven track record developing materials for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical or cybersecurity information into business‑focused messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an editorial mindset.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
