Senior Physical Security Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Physical Security Analyst to lead preventative security measures and ensure compliance across North America. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring security policies, standards, and disaster recovery procedures while safeguarding personnel and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventative physical security, compliance, and disaster recovery implementation.
• Develop, deliver, and monitor security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Manage training, licensing, and performance of all security officers in North America.
• Track and maintain company‑issued assets assigned to security personnel.
• Identify and mitigate potential security threats to personnel and property.
• Provide corporate security SOPs to contract supervisors and ensure adherence.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, acting as the primary contact for uniform and arms suppliers.
• Administer emergency planning, response, incident management, and reporting programs.
• Review and resolve incident reports and ensure alignment with departmental goals.

Required profile

• Experience representing the organization with fire, EMS, and law‑enforcement agencies at state and local levels.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders to assess security risk and propose mitigation strategies.
• Oversight experience of hybrid security teams, including both armed and unarmed officers.
• Background in firearms training, tracking, and safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of physical security best practices.
