Senior Physical Security Administrator

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Physical Security Administrator to oversee the safety and security of its facilities in Missouri. This night‑shift position ensures compliance with security policies, protects staff and assets, and coordinates emergency responses.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with employees and visitors, providing guidance on security policies and visitor procedures.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including access control, fire detection, and CCTV.
• Dispatch and coordinate emergency responses, ensuring proper escalation of incidents.
• Conduct building and mobile patrols, issue ID badges, and investigate incident reports.
• Maintain compliance with armed‑security standards and produce detailed security reports.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as an active or retired law‑enforcement officer, corrections officer, or military service member.
• Minimum one year as an armed security officer in good standing.
• Associate degree or higher in law enforcement, criminal justice, or related field; high‑school diploma required.
• Active driver’s license and physical fitness for patrol duties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to solve complex problems.
