About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pharmacist Manager to lead our Clinical Pharmacist team in delivering comprehensive medication management services. In this high‑visibility, fully remote position you will shape operational strategy, drive clinical performance, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day‑to‑day performance of the clinical pharmacist division.
• Drive operational excellence across productivity, quality, workflow management and team performance.
• Oversee pharmacist performance, quality assurance, workforce optimization, onboarding and professional development.
• Implement process‑improvement initiatives and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational alignment.
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining focus on service quality.
