About the role

Beast Industries is seeking a senior leader to design and own the measurement framework for all its creator‑driven products and services. The role sits at the intersection of viral content and commercial conversion, translating creative output into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and synthesize historical content data to establish baseline performance metrics.
• Partner with cross‑functional leads to define success criteria for product and service launches.
• Design and oversee internal analytical tools that streamline performance tracking.
• Present complex data briefings to leadership, highlighting performance drivers and strategic opportunities.
• Continuously test new measurement vectors through action‑oriented experimentation.
• Develop framework standards enabling creative teams to make real‑time, data‑informed decisions.
• Recommend third‑party or proprietary software tools to support measurement needs.
• Serve as the primary internal consultant for all performance and insights initiatives related to creator‑led conversion.

Required profile

• Native understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, audience behavior, and growth drivers.
• Robust experience analyzing brands with a focus on commercial conversion.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, compelling stories for executive audiences.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering data‑driven recommendations that impact bottom‑line results.
