Senior On Premise Market Execution Specialist

About the role

The Senior On Premise Market Execution Specialist supports the achievement of Annual Business Plan targets for the on‑premise channel within an assigned geographic area. Working closely with Constellation Brands Gold Network distributor partners, the role drives retail execution of beer brands, enhances distribution, and ensures optimal placement in on‑premise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local market on‑premise strategies and initiatives in alignment with the Senior On‑Premise Market Execution Manager.
• Collaborate with national & key account teams, distributor management, and Gold Network partners to develop and implement business plans.
• Prioritize market opportunities, including strategic account development, distributor engagement, and special event support.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, and managers of strategic national, regional, and independent accounts.
• Support and oversee local promotional activities and market programs that drive sales and market share growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑premise sales, distribution, or market execution within the beverage industry.
• Strong ability to develop localized business plans that reflect broader channel strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with on‑premise account stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving ABP targets.
