Senior Mobile Engineer – AI Agent Platform (Hybrid, NYC)

About the role

We are looking for a senior mobile engineer to lead the development of the user‑facing component of our AI Agent Platform. The role is based in New York City with a hybrid work model, and you will ship production‑grade mobile applications that bring autonomous AI agents to frontline technicians and sales reps.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end mobile product, using React Native as the core framework and integrating native Swift and Kotlin modules where needed.
• Design and implement offline‑first architectures to ensure reliable operation in environments with intermittent connectivity.
• Manage the full App Store lifecycle, including review submission, rollout, crash triage, hot‑fixes, and versioning.
• Set up and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions) and handle code signing and provisioning.
• Collaborate closely with designers in Figma to translate UI/UX concepts into high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers, enforce code‑quality standards, and help shape the mobile engineering culture as the team scales.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience shipping production mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in React Native and solid knowledge of Swift and modern iOS development.
• Hands‑on experience with Kotlin or Android development is a plus.
• Proven track record managing the App Store submission process and post‑release maintenance.
• Comfortable working with designers and translating Figma mockups into code.
