Senior Menswear Designer – Outlet Design Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level menswear designer to lead our Outlet Design team. The role blends creativity with commercial insight to build compelling seasonal assortments that balance core essentials with fashion‑forward pieces, strengthening the brand’s classic style in a value‑driven retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of in‑store seasonal assortments across basics, fashion items and key categories.
• Maintain and evolve core styles while identifying growth opportunities for the outlet channel.
• Research and analyse trends in colour, print, pattern, fabric and silhouette across golf, lifestyle and competitive markets.
• Collaborate with design leadership, merchandising and product development throughout the seasonal process.
• Create seasonal colour palettes, print stories and pattern concepts; partner with CAD artists to develop artwork.
• Design trims, details and branded components; manage tech packs and bills of materials.
• Partner with merchandising from concept to final BOM review and product approval.
• Review and approve lab dips, strike‑offs and maintain development archives.
• Support creation of marketing tools such as hangtags, labels and packaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in sportswear, golf, lifestyle or outlet/value retail.
• Strong eye for trend, colour, print, fabric and fit.
• Commercially minded with ability to balance creativity and business goals.
• Excellent knowledge of performance fabrics, garment construction and functional product attributes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD design software.
• Experience creating and managing tech packs and bills of materials.
