Senior Media Associate – Ad Operations

About the role

As a Senior Media Associate – Ad Operations Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end trafficking, QA, and launch process for digital media campaigns. You will work closely with media teams, vendors and platform partners to ensure accurate launches and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the QA process from campaign setup through launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Verify creative updates and rotations with third‑party vendors.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues with external partners.
• Ensure pixels and tags fire correctly on landing pages.
• Manage deadlines, workflow and deliverable quality.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of GMP and social platforms.
• Understanding of dynamic ad serving and testing setup.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong project management, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

• GMP (Google Marketing Platform)
• Social media advertising platforms
• Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO)
• Ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search and emerging channels
• Tag manager configuration with if/then logic for pixels and tags
