Senior Marketing Procurement Manager

About the role

The Senior Marketing Procurement Manager will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for marketing spend, ensuring optimal value and ROI for Constellation Brands. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Procurement, you will manage a team and collaborate closely with internal marketing functions and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for marketing categories such as trade marketing, experiential, consumer insights, e‑commerce, sponsorships, and innovation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to nurture relationships with external agencies and supply partners, driving performance improvements.
• Design comprehensive sourcing plans, lead benchmarking, RFP/RFI processes, negotiate terms, and oversee contract award and implementation.
• Maintain supply sources to meet quality, service, and total cost‑to‑use requirements.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution to achieve sustainable savings and track efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with finance, procurement, legal policies, and code of conduct.
• Provide innovative sourcing solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Marketing Procurement team.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of progressive experience in procurement category management, strategic sourcing, or marketing/agency disciplines.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and managing complex sourcing projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing spend categories and indirect spend markets.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing vendor contract lifecycles.
