Senior Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Lyft is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of rider and driver communications across email, SMS, push and in‑app channels. You will act as the bridge between marketing and engineering, shaping platform strategy and building systems that enable personalized, AI‑driven outreach at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of owned‑channel campaigns, from segmentation and template creation to QA and launch.
• Develop and maintain dynamic HTML/CSS email templates and troubleshoot complex markup.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency, personalization and team workflows.
• Partner with the communications platform engineering team to provide feedback and influence product road‑maps for Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable or similar ESPs.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on channel strategy, audience segmentation and experimentation.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations such as CAN‑SPAM, GDPR and CASL as Lyft expands internationally.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices, platform usage and technical implementation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading marketing operations or campaign execution in a fast‑moving consumer‑facing environment.
• Strong understanding of email, SMS, push and in‑app communication channels.
• Hands‑on expertise with enterprise‑grade ESPs (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and a solid grasp of global compliance standards.
• Ability to translate marketing requirements into technical specifications and guide engineering partners.
