Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will own product marketing and market execution for Mytonomy, Patient Education and Care Planning within the North American healthcare provider nursing market. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Nursing, NOAM, the role shapes strategy, drives demand, and supports commercial outcomes while collaborating across the broader Nursing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the NOAM product marketing strategy for Mytonomy, Patient Education and Care Planning, aligning with business outcomes.
• Lead integrated marketing programs across digital and in‑person channels, including email, webinars, paid advertising, social media, and conferences.
• Generate thought‑leadership content and SEO‑optimized assets to position solutions within nursing workflows.
• Manage marketing budget, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with sales to deliver segmentation, messaging, collateral and enablement materials.

Required profile

• 8+ years of integrated marketing experience covering direct marketing, thought leadership, content marketing, PR and events.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly valued; clinical credentials a plus.
• Proven track record in healthcare provider or hospital marketing with measurable impact on awareness and lead generation.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
