Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Rover is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the strategic deployment of the brand across upper‑funnel channels. You will lead a massive media investment, apply advanced measurement techniques, and shape the future of our marketing operations while collaborating closely with the Brand team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑range strategy for Upper Funnel Channels (Linear TV, OTT/CTV, Audio, Podcast, OOH, Programmatic) to drive new customer acquisition.
• Set goals and OKRs, influence annual planning cycles, and provide the business with media expertise.
• Serve as a cross‑functional bridge, ensuring alignment between Upper Funnel strategy and Brand vision.
• Manage complex agency relationships, coaching partners to meet high performance standards.
• Steward a large media budget with precision using Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Geo‑Uplift analysis.
• Pioneer enhancements to marketing operations and measurement frameworks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer capable of operating independently without daily functional support.
• Based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model (two days onsite in Downtown Seattle).
• Proven experience leading upper‑funnel media strategy and agency orchestration.

Required skills

• Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Geo‑Uplift analysis.
• Expertise in Linear TV, OTT/CTV, Audio, Podcast, OOH, and Programmatic media buying.
• Strong media negotiation, inventory quality assessment, and placement strategy skills.
