Senior Marketing Manager / Director

About the role

Rhode Island FC is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth for both the club and Centreville Bank Stadium. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, you will shape the club’s identity across digital, experiential, and community channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual integrated marketing plan to increase awareness, engagement, and attendance for RIFC home games and stadium events.
• Lead fan‑engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and community outreach to deepen relationships with supporters.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to create campaigns that drive ticket sales and revenue.
• Manage the promotion of Centreville Bank Stadium events, coordinating with external partners and sponsors.
• Analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies, and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sports, entertainment, or consumer marketing at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative campaign development.
• Demonstrated ability to grow fan bases and increase ticket revenue.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
