Senior Market Research & Insights Manager

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a senior, hands‑on research leader to own the B2B Marketing Solutions insights function. The role will partner with marketers to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape go‑to‑market strategy for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact research initiatives aligned with critical marketing and business priorities.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed‑method research programs.
• Integrate signals from research, behavioral, and business data to inform GTM strategy.
• Develop learning agendas, insight roadmaps, and executive‑ready recommendations.
• Rebuild and scale insights capability within a fast‑moving, tech‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading research‑led insights for digital advertising, media, or marketing platforms.
• Strong ability to frame ambiguous business problems and translate them into clear research questions.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver executive‑level insights.
