About the role

The Sr. Manager, US Emerging Portfolio Strategy – Neurology supports the Executive Director of US EPS and the Director of US EPS Neurology in shaping Servier’s emerging neurology pipeline and lifecycle management programs. The role bridges market insights, business development, and product planning to ensure the portfolio is positioned for success in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct emerging portfolio assessments for neurology assets across pre‑clinical to Phase 3 stages.
• Support new product planning projects, including market entry plans and lifecycle strategies.
• Evaluate external business‑development opportunities and in‑line pipeline assets.
• Synthesize market data, unmet‑need analyses, and competitive landscape inputs to inform product profiles.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide US market insights, target product profiles, and market potential estimates.
• Incorporate scientific and commercial developments into ongoing assessment updates.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with a business, science, or quantitative focus and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) plus 2+ years in strategy consulting, biopharma strategy, business development, or new‑product planning.
