Senior Manager, Title V

About the role

The Georgia Department of Public Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the statewide administration of the Title V Block Grant. This federally funded position oversees grant compliance, reporting, and strategic allocation of resources to improve public health outcomes across Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the Title V Block Grant program.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state Title V requirements.
• Coordinate the annual HRSA grant review and manage grant applications, annual reports, and five‑year needs assessments.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Oversee funding allocations, grants, and contracts to support public health initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in public health grant administration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Title V Block Grant regulations and HRSA processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with state and federal partners.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic planning skills.
