Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture – Data & AI

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Solutions Architecture focusing on Data & AI, you will bridge pre‑sales strategy and project delivery for TELUS Digital. You will design, architect, and launch data‑driven solutions that meet client objectives while collaborating with delivery teams to turn vision into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process, showcasing data and AI capabilities to prospective clients.
• Own technical architecture and discovery phases for new engagements, using consulting methods to refine data products and solution designs.
• Provide accurate estimates for team composition, scope, and resource planning to ensure realistic project staffing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to implement and operationalize data and AI solutions.
• Act as a flexible problem‑solver across teams between engagements, deepening expertise in cloud data platforms and advanced AI/ML methodologies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in data ecosystems, machine learning and AI technologies.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans.
• Strong consulting mindset with experience in presale engagements and client interaction.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
