Senior Manager, Sales Engineer – MARLO

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineer for its MARLO portfolio. The role blends deep technical expertise with sales leadership to expand MARLO’s footprint across large national eye‑care accounts and consumer‑focused SaaS opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and end‑to‑end selling cycles with enterprise customers, translating business needs into EHR and SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Health, Key Accounts, Practice Solutions, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align strategy and execution.
• Serve on the MARLO Steering Committee, shaping product direction and prioritising enterprise initiatives.
• Support field commercial teams and manage solution design, feasibility and delivery for both standard and customised offerings.
• Drive sales growth and market share for MARLO within national accounts, contributing to Alcon’s $300M+ annual lens sales.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in enterprise sales engineering.
• Strong track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and managing large national accounts.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the bridge between commercial, product and delivery teams.
