Senior Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a flagship store. You will create a positive customer experience, drive business performance, and support the Store Leader in strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and achieving performance goals.
• Participate in floor leadership, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for assigned functional areas and the overall store.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values daily.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign‑language support).
• Strong integrity, decision‑making ability, and commitment to inclusive leadership.
